This is my third assignment but there are two parts: So, there are two shorts reports. I have put 10 for sources but should be 5 sources to support each part! Please use the 3 files I have attached for references and also the ones that are on here in the instructions.

Part one: Assume that you are an analyst working in the business development agency in Manawatu/Auckland (or a region that you would like to work for), New Zealand. You were asked to give a brief report, which reviews the following question: What are some of the opportunities and challenges facing business in your selected city (i.e. population change, changes in demand and supply, trade opportunities, production opportunities) due to the
Covid-19 pandemic.
Instructions: Drawing on the economic tools and theories = (Technology, population, and growth; Scarcity, work, and choice: Social interactions; Mutual gains and conflict; Firms and customers; Supply and demand; Markets, efficiency, and public policy; Macroeconomic policy; The nation and the world economy; Economic of the environment), media you have engaged with, and your academic interests, write a report on the opportunities and challenges facing the city (or a region if you would like to do). You should include a brief description of Palmerston Norths (Auckland or your choice) population and other contextual information and proceed to present evidence using economic tools and theory on several opportunities and challenges have been facing and discuss some potential implications and solutions to these. Your report should be well cited and structures. The report should be original work and should demonstrate your ability to apply the economic tools and theory that mentioned above.
Marks will be based on:
A brief information description of the city (10%)
Detailed analysis of 2-3 opportunities identified (25%)
Detailed analysis of 2-3 challenges identified (25%)
Correct use tables and graphs to displace data effectively (10%)
Referencing and a clear demonstration of reading that you have done during the semester being applied in your report (10%)

Part two : You will select one article to read and write a report as a reviewer. Your report will focus on the following issues.
Why is this paper considered a contribution? As a measure of its importance, why is this paper published and cited?
What innovative strategies did the authors use to translate a research question to a feasible theory or empirical specification?
How else might the authors have formulated this question? What are the positives and negatives of their approach?
What other questions does this research open up?
