This paper requires APA format, including a cover page, in-text source citations, and a reference page. Please see the attached example on how to set this up.
Watch the Jonestown video and take notes. First, summarize what occurred in 2-3 paragraphs. For instance, summarize who Jim Jones was and what occurred. Then, use 3 key terms you’ve learned this month (or will learn through next week) to explain what happened from a psychological perspective. Examples include using a psychological disorder to explain why Jim Jones behaved the way he did or terms from the social psychology chapter to explain why people did what he asked and followed him halfway around the world.
You also need to find 1 scholarly article when discussing the events. Scholarly means a journal article from the library database or from a reputable source like a university website. You can use articles from websites that end in .gov or .edu. Using a source from any other place (ie .com or .org) will NOT count toward meeting this requirement.
Be sure to cite both your scholarly article and your book in the paper for full credit. See the recorded video titled course project for more information on how to do this.
