Paper Assignment
Description:
Watch the film version of the book by George Orwell (there are two of these films watch the one directed by Michael Radford and released ironically in 1984) no need to read the book.
Reflect on 1984 using / applying / relating as much sociology learned in this course as you can. Use any textbook chapters or parts of Revolt! for the paper whether we covered them or not. This paper is not a movie review, focus on how it relates to today, and or you and your life, or anything else that you find interesting. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact me. Last, please note the online system will be checking your papers for plagiarism.
Format:
The paper must be at least twelve full pages typed, double-spaced, with one inch margins all around. Maximum 12 point font size. Include page numbers. Bibliography is optional, if you have it though you must quote properly using any style you like. If your paper has section titles put them on separate pages in front of the sections (not counted in the length requirement). Please do not write pointless fillers or use repetition to get the twelve pages.
