An organization must be well developed on each of the following elements for data-driven decision making to take hold:

-Data must exist and be accessible
-The tools to analyze the data must be available
-The talent and training to use the tools must exist within the organization or the organization must be willing to bring in the expertise to run the analyses
-The organization must support a data-driven approach to solving problems and making decisions
-Ultimately, senior leadership must support analytics as a priority and as a way of doing business

Taking these 5 dimension into account, in a 2 to 3 page paper, assess your organizations readiness to engage in a program of data-driven decision making. Where does your organization succeed, and where does it fail on these elements? Do you feel your organization is well-suited for this undertaking? If so, why? If not, what specifically stands in the way of success?
