Use the 4-step process outlined in Mausboussins required reading to create a set of KPIs relevant to your own company/organisation. 1. Use a fictional tech company or a company you can find online and their KPI’s to compare and contrast them with the KPI’s you create using Mausboussins 4 step approach. I do not work so do not have a company that can be used to compare the KPI’s that would be developed using Mausboussin’s 4 step approach.
2. Avoid plagiarism: Every paragraph should have in-text citations. If its not your original idea or words, use in-text citations as much as possible and bibliography.
3. Structure: introduction, main analysis, conclusion. Main analysis needs structure as well. Put out the argument, support the argument and conclusion.
