Next, use the theme you have identified to examine your current practice. If you dont yet have a practice setting, consider your ideal or desired practice setting and consider it through the lenses of the theme you have identified.

As best as you can, and using unit resources to support your ideas and opinions, consider how you might shape your practice to account for the theme youve identified in Step 1. Specifically, what are some viable or practical steps you can take as a social worker to act upon that theme in some manner at the following levels:
The individual
The group
The community
Nationally
Globally

You may not have an answer for all of the four levels but try your best and dont be afraid to be creative. Being practical doesnt preclude being creative!
