The signature assignment is the culmination of this course. In module 4’s case assignment, you selected an organization relevant to your topic and addressed organizational behavior theories for individuals,
teams/groups and conflict. (A copy of this case assignment has been attached to this order for your reference.)
For this final assignment, you will address the remaining modules such as theories for the following that will ensure success and overall profitability within the organization:
-Management and Leadership
-Organizational Culture and Associated Strategies
-Corporate Social Responsibility
-Organizational Change.
In APA style format, your paper should be between 8 – 10 pages with at least 8 – 10 resources. You are welcome to use your own references, but you must use at least 8 of the references in the attached list of references, file titled, “Signature Assignment List of References.” Make sure at least 6 of your readings are peer reviewed and top practitioner journal articles
relevant to your selected theories.
Tips:
-The paper will have no less than 8 pages and no more than 10 pages (title, reference and appendices not included in the overall page count).
-Please use sub-headings to make sure you are covering all parts of the assignment.
-Please use graphs, charts to better illustrate your points.
