The written paper and oral report will consist of you writing about and presenting a topic in the news-infrastructure, climate change, immigration reform; tax reform; trade deals or other foreign policy topics and presenting how Liberals view the issue. You will discuss how a particular liberal politician is addressing this issue and their plans for solving the issue. Your paper should be at least 7 pages in length plus footnotes and bibliography.

A suggestion would be to use Elizabeth Warren and her views on Forgiving Student Debt, or AOC on immigration but the writer is free to choose another topic provided it meets the requirements outlined above. If you choose to go with another topic, you are free to contact me beforehand to make sure it will be acceptable. There is no minimum or maximum on the number of sources used though I would suggest 6-10.
