These questions should be answered based on the requirements and data provided. The data analysis to be conducted by SPSS. The analysis should answer the questions and provide the results, plots and interpretation.

Attached the requirements, data, variables explanations and the design.

Questions:

– We have six kinds of food and six volunteers. We want to know the type of microbial metabolites that result from the usual food intake and foodstuffs that have been excluded from their diet.
– We also want to know the type of bacteria responsible for producing metabolites before and after consuming the six types of introduced nutrients.

– We’ll have to find out:
*Microbial metabolites produced by volunteers as a result of consuming their usual diet.
*Microbial metabolites resulting from food input ingestion.
*The type of bacteria responsible for producing metabolites in the usual diet.
*The type of bacteria responsible for producing microbial metabolites resulting from ingestion of the introduced nutrients.
*Classify the volunteers according to microbiota at baseline (i.e. while consuming their habitual diet)
*Identify changes in the gut microbiota due to the dietary interventions, noting interindividual variation.
*Identify dietary metabolites produced due to the dietary interventions, again noting interindividual variation.
*Survey the literature to identify dietary metabolites with anti-inflammatory properties that might contribute towards prevention of cancer.
*Attempt to correlate metabolite production with gut microbiota and validate this if possiblcixe, from single strain work.
