Minimum 4 full pages, 12 point font.

Using your topic and research question you came up with 2, determine what method would be most suitable for your proposed research.

Ask yourself, What would be the best method to help me answer my research question/s?

If you were to conduct a formal empirical research on this topic, propose how you envision collecting your data.

For example, will you be using a quantitative methods approach such as a survey, or primary data analysis of stats, or will you be using qualitative methods such as interviews, focus groups, content analysis, ethnography, etc.

Choose your method, describe and explain the method using the readings and other resources from the class, or other examples from research articles from the Identifying Parts of a Research Article assignment. Make sure to use in-text citations and provide a reference page.

Suggested outline:

I. Introduce and explain your method of choice, providing clear descriptions of the method, ethical considerations, pros and cons, and why this would be the most effective method to collect data and answer your research question (2 pages) *Make sure to cite your sources using in-text citations in APA or ASA style.

II. Describe and explain how you would conduct this research (1 to 2 pages)

III. Conclusion (1 page or less)

Check for spelling and other writing mechanics, correct in-text citation format, and provide a reference page.

The reference page is not counted in the 4 page minimum content requirement. Write a minimum of 4 pages, and add a reference page listing your sources.

You can write more pages if you want, but the minimum is 4 full pages of content. Choose between APA or ASA style.
