Thank you for the paper I received an 8/10. I would like you to add on to the paper that you already did. The Professor wanted me to do this on final paper.
“You are getting closer to bringing this topic into the theme of the course. It is not really there yet, however, as the developmental argument needs to be more focused on and fleshed out.
As of now, you are asking the question of how one’s childhood impacts development of maladaptive, antisocial behaviors in adulthood. This is a good start. However, the thesis statement needs to be more solution-oriented and arguing for something specific. It feels like you are building the argument that Bundy’s childhood made him a serial killer. Is this enough?
I don’t want to tell you how to construct your argument. But one way, moving forward, is to argue for some specific interventions that might have been implemented at key periods in Bundy’s childhood which might have prevented his slip into becoming a serial killer. This is one way to argue for solutions.
Another interesting discussion you bring up, which can be more fleshed out, is the nature vs nurture debate. You can explore this further. Can you make the argument that one or the other was more or less responsible for the outcome of his life?
Whatever you do, you’ll need to bring in more scholarly articles to back up your claims. Make sure they are peer reviewed. While doing this, remember to explore counterarguments. This is essential to the paper.
You’ll also want to review your MLA formatting, particularly the works cited page.
Again, this is a highly unusual paper to work on for this course. But I think with some more work, you can bring it into the theme we have been working within. Focusing much more closely on childhood developmental theory will help.
I think you can turn this in the right direction. Keep it up.

In 8-10pp, you will compose your Final Research Paper.
Your paper should (roughly) follow the format of: 1 page intro, 6-8 pages body, and 1 page conclusion. You should provide a clear thesis statement in your introduction that you back up in your body paragraphs and reiterate with new insights in your conclusion.
Please quote and actively engage with at least 10 sources. Six sources should be academic/ peer-reviewed, four sources may be popular. If you have more than ten sources, please maintain this ratio. Your Works Cited page should not contain any annotations.
Remember, dont just use sources as a means of presenting facts. Actively engage with your sources arguments and take your own stance.
