Please respond to each question (below) by utilising the assignment brief and following the structure and requirements listed above for an episode of care for an ICU complex patient (each question has a word count)- it is really important to follow the above requirements.

1) Within the reflection, describe the episode of care (ICU Complex Patient) and how you worked in partnership with health and social care professionals, service users, carers and families ensuring that decision-making about care is shared. (700 Words)
2) What did you do well? (250 Words)
3) What would you have done differently? (250 words)
4) What learning from this episode of care could be transferred to other areas of practice? (300 Words)

I have updated the brief and the patient case scenario.
In this episode of care, I performed the ABCDEFGHI assessment on a critical ICU ill patient who was intubated, NGT feeding (food and water were running through the NG tube) and CVVHDF (which is Continuous venovenous hemodiafiltration – combines diffusion and convection using a highly efficient hemodiafilter to remove both solute and fluid – this normally performed by ICU nurses).

in the assignment brief, I provided the patient brief and ABCDEFGHI assessment as well.

It is also important to be written by a Nursing expert.
