Students are required to use a minimum of five (5) credible research sources for their informative speech. Sources must be cited within the outline, in a bibliography, and orally during the delivery of the speech.

Students must provide parenthetical citations throughout the outlines.
Sources must be referenced in a separate Bibliography/References section. The Works Cited/References section must be in APA format. If a student quotes or paraphrases information from another source, that source must appear in the bibliography.
The outline should demonstrate appropriate writing style for undergraduate work. Use complete, grammatically correct sentences and spelling. All outlines must be typed. Use 12-point, academic font (such as Times New Roman or Arial) on your outline.
