After writing this assignment, I do not think that the issue is with my organization directly. I think the issue is with the whole school system as a whole. This way I can have more to focus on and a variety of people and students with different backgrounds. Going forward, can I change my organization to Memphis Shelby County Schools instead of Horn Lake Pre-K?
