This paper needs to be rewritten from my previous order. There were many grammatical errors and it was not formatted correctly. The essay must be given headers and follow the sample paper as accurately as possible with the headers included.

Also indicate that Minnie grew up in Riverside, CA and was brought into Canyon Ridge Hospital to receive inpatient psychiatric services such as medication and therapy for her diagnosis of Schizophrenia. I am her therapist who assists her with coping with the diagnosis as well as talks about the feelings of her traumatic past. The type spiritual assessment format must be taken from the pdf and indicated within the essay.
The essay must be 3 pages and it could be the same storyline as the previous order because it would work with the figure from my previous order.
