Body of Paper (Pages 2-3)
The body of the paper must be a minimum of 2 full pages (no longer than 4 pages).
Paper should address the who/what/where/how/when of your topic and should describe how the topic relates to the HIM profession and/or healthcare
Include statistics from your research and be sure to have an intext citations for the source used.
Every fact needs a citations. Every citation will need a matching reference listed at the end of the paper. It is ok to have a citation on each line or more than one per sentence.
References (Last Page)
The last page of the paper should include a list of all references in APA format.
Minimum of 4 scholarly (textbook, peer reviewed articles, government websites, professional association journals, etc) references are required. Do not use Wikipedia or blogs or newspaper articles.
It is important to write information in our own words. When direct quotations and paraphrasing are used, it is important to give credit to the sources.
