his week, please begin the assignment early as you have to write out your Executive Summary and have your manager read, hand write his/her comments in the form and hand-sign the form. You will submit both the signed form and your Executive Summary and there are two separate submission areas so be careful your submit each in the correct location. The signed template is worth 20 pts and the written paper is worth much more. Make sure to use 1-4 word bold headers to separate the Rubric topics and make sure you provide enough depth for each required rubric section. The Thesis and the Purpose of the Executive Summary are two different things for this paper. Write the Thesis first and then create a header for the Purpose and enter the purpose of your proposal as if you are now delivering this presentation to your upper management. Please follow the rubric as this is how I must grade your paper.

Your paper will consist of the title page, thesis, 6 headers for the 6 topics and a reference page.

NOTE: Your manager/leader will read the paper and provide comments and HAND-sign the Feedback form which is located in a separate submission area in the Grade Book than the Executive Summary, which will be submitted in the Assignment area also for a grade.

Use the template for the Feedback form to be completed by hand and a handwritten signature by your manager along with her/his written handwritten comments about your Executive plan answering the questions in the template.
