As a practicing nurse, It is inevitable that you will have successors and that one day you will retire. Understanding that now and planning your legacy is extremely important to the future of healthcare. Alternatively, shall I say, If you challenge yourself to leave a legacy. Your legacy lives on in the work you have done and the person you are. Your legacy is something that you should be proud of….So why not start now?
