Safe guarding

You may wish to focus on some of the following in your account/s:
1. The mental health conditions you write about will depend on your clinical environment – from Dementia, Depression, Anxiety, Substance misuse etc
2. Remember to ensure patient confidentiality by not including personally identifiable information
3. Consider the different levels of severity of signs and symptoms associated with these conditions
4. Consider how you need to adapt you practice to care or these patients – ie. Dementia – How you change how you communicate with a Dementia patient, the use of falls alarms, low beds, role of friends and family etc.
5. Consider the common treatments for these conditiocixns – from medication to talking therapies.
