In regard to the required sources, the essay guidelines file indicates the 2 that are required – Molz (2004) – Tasting an Imagined Thailand, and Long (2004) – Culinary Tourism A Folkloristic Perspective. These are the only 2 required sources, but I would really recommend reading the document Johnston, J., Baumann, S. (2010) The Culinary Other Seeking Exoticism.
I have added all the additional sources as mentioned in the Short Essay 2 Guidelines document. You may also use these to help supplement your essay. Feel free to use any other additional sources not provided by me.

For the Molz reading, I have made highlights that I felt were key points, but please read it yourself. If you require the additional resources please let me know and I will send them to you.
