This paper will examine the effects of aerobic exercise on visceral adipose tissue. The main focus will be the comparative effects of aerobic exercise and anaerobic exercise as potential methods to reduce visceral adipose tissue in obese adults. I hypothesize that aerobic exercise will be more effective in improving visceral adiposity than anaerobic exercise in obese adults.
