My research question: The impact of school inspections on the improvement of leadership and management: the case of Azerbaijan (Do school inspections have positive or negative impact on school leadership and management? Do school inspections improve the work of leadership and management?)
I would like to apply to UK universities: Exceter, Bristol, Southampton, Nottingham Universities.
I did my master’s degree in Education in 2004. Now I have been working as school inspector for 2 years. (lead inspector for a year) I can use the data from inspections. There is no any research work written on this topic in my country. (even there is no research about school inspections)
