Research paper (5-10 pages) breast malignancy in which Ultrasound has a vital role.
The paper will need to include: an introduction, disease description, incidences, signs and symptoms, methods and modes of diagnosis (including ultrasound), complications, treatment, prognosis and prevention, conclusion and bibliography. Make sure to highlight the importance of ultrasound in diagnosis/treatment/follow up of this disease/condition.
Students should include relevant and in-depth information from multiple journals up to date. Minimum of 5 major references/journals must be used. No more than 2 textbooks and 2 Internet sites can count toward this minimum of 5 references (online journals are still journals they are not counted as internet sites). These resources must be properly cited throughout the paper.
References (bibliography) list must be submitted prior to deadline. Five points will be deducted from the grade for this project if it is late.
