Task Description (from the Report)

‘This Report is an opportunity for you to evaluate yourself through reflection and analysis, and develop plans for your future. For some, this will be the first time that you have undertaken such a task, while for others it will provide an opportunity to review yourself and update your action plan.The format for this Report must follow that described below and include an action plan.
Your action plan should discuss 8-10 objectives across a range of areas that you need to develop in in order to become a better Leader and Manager.
The purpose of the Professional Development Action Plan (PDAP) is that it can be used as a live document to develop yourself in the next 12 to 18-month period.’
