physics of car accidents

The application I would choose is the physics of car accidents. According to Newtons first law, an objects continues in motion with the same speed and moving in the same direction unless acted upon by a force. An example is a car colliding into a wall. The law also states how braking, and acceleration can affect car accidents. For instance, If you do not brake in time, you may be forced to hard brake. This can lead to the car losing control.
