2.Paragraph 2 is an Analysis of main character, what he/she says,does, thinks,.values, each example w/ a quote and citation, supporting central idea.

3. Paragraph 3 identifies main character’s conflict and states conflict as 2 specfic opposing forces: ………vs…………………………….

4. Paragraph 4 identifies the point if view ( who tells the story) as omniscient ( unnamed narrator who gives characters’ thoughts;Ex. “The Necklace”), first person( character in story who tells story from I, we perspective; Ex. “Araby”) or dramatic/objective ( only dialogue and actions given;Ex. “The Lottery” ).
