Week 6: Draft 3
Capital Requirements: Calculate at a high level your start-up capital requirements, create milestones and a timeline to launch based on those start-up capital requirements, set objectives and KPIs using relevant financial metrics, and choose a pricing strategy.

Organizational Design: Create a design for your start-up, factoring in the centralized or distributed nature of the organization, business processes, outsourcing, location strategy, human resources, company culture, and ownership.

Operations: Outline your supply chain management, production processes, warranting and servicing plans, quality management programs, and any outsourcing relative to operations.

Submission Guideline: Submit your draft as described in the outline, guidelines, and grading rubric as noted. Do not resubmit Drafts 1 or 2 this week, but do include all drafts with your Final Draft submission in Week 8. Use the section titles as headers in the body of your paper.
