Goal: Explain the organizational communication issue you would like to research for the final project.

Guidelines
1. Tell me about a contemporary organizational communication issue that you would like to study over the course of the semester.
2. Upload your assignment to BlackBoard by the assignment deadline.
3. Find at least three (3) sources from academic journals to assist in your understanding of organizational communication.
Include your citation(s) (in APA format- 7th edition) at the end of the document. You must also include in-text citations.
Write your proposal (2-3 pages)
i. Introduce the topic
ii. Provide a rationale for why your topic is acceptable for this assignment.
iii. Provide a very brief literature review by examining how other researchers have studied this topic.
iv. Briefly describe your early thoughts for the final paper.
