Essentially, the approach helps improve an organization’s public image by capitalizing on inherent company values. For instance, it becomes easy for a company to introduce new products to the market since consumers are satisfied with the interaction experienced during a purchase process (Farahnak et al., 2020). The approach also develops valuable communication skills that allow employees with progressive personalities to attain top management positions.
