Your paper will be like a jig-saw puzzle. You will use your various quotes from all of your sources to puzzle together your paragraphs. That means pulling one quote from one source and adding another quote from another source, and continuing this 4-5 times within one paragraph. Like you saw with the sample paper, each paragraph should have lots of quotes from different sources.
