MSc thesis dissertation

Hello!
Im hoping to get some help with completing my MSc thesis dissertation. I have been going through a really difficult time which has really impacted my productivity, and to move on from this stage in my life, I need to get this thesis finished. Im in a big time crunch to finish this paper to be able to continue onto further graduate education which Ive worked my whole life towards. I burnt myself out completely and Im terrified to lose out on my dream because of my inability to function the way I need to be to get this project done. Id really, really appreciate your help finishing it up as soon as possible.

I have a completed decent rough draft up until my discussion section. Im hoping for some help to 1) complete introduction chapter, 2) complete discussion chapter, 3) complete conclusion chapter, 4) complete abstract. In the attached files I have included my most recent draft and my results tables and graphs. In my final draft, my committee members have left comments after editing. I think this will help with the process.

INSTRUCTIONS: –
1) Introduction chapter: this section needs some editing, but most of it is completed. I am not required to have a literature review, but would appreciate you adding relevant information.
2) Discussion chapter: this section has been started as well and needs about 1500 more words to complete it. Im trying to build a narrative around the facts and literature presented and really want to vary it through to this discussion section.
3) Conclusion chapter: this section should be no more than one page single spaced and summarise the dissertation. My supervisor prefers being concise if possible hopefully that makes things easier for you.
4) Abstract: maximum 150 words, usual abstract formatting of background, methods, results, conclusions.
*I would also be interested in paying for a full draft edit of the entire paper
NOTES: – Masters of Science thesis paper introduction, discussion, conclusion sections with abstract. This project focuses on health care and the health care system and care for people living with HIV – An in-depth understanding of the analyses is NOT required interpreted results will be provided – Relatively statistics heavy specific analyses included: patient and provider summary statistics and care patterns, survival analyses (Kaplan Meier curves and Cox proportional hazards models) – I have completed the data analysis for this project and will provide my results in table and graph formats and also the interpreted results section of my thesis paper – If you have an understanding of these topics or feel you confident in the content, I am very interested in help with additional sections and am absolutely willing to compensate accordingly.
