In your written assignment this week, you will prepare a brief proposal on the issue you identified and explored in the Module 4 Case Study. Your first two activities this week (Icebreaker and Discussion) have helped you refine your overall approach and have provided you with feedback on your proposal ideas.
Your proposal should include evidence from a minimum of three scholarly sources. You may also include primary information from the workplace about which you are writing, if it is available to you. Be sure, as well, to consider the benefits that your proposed solution will have on the target organization.
While all proposals should include substantial evidence to support the actions youre recommending, proposals dont have to be lengthy to be effective. At most, your proposal should be two single-spaced pages, not including your title page and references page.
