done by subcommittee will be salvation army chosen because it will help residents with valuable services for examples family services. and second outreach New York law Group (non Profit) for tenants needing legal consultants to assist then in financial empowerment and housing services and third New York
City Housing Authority will partner with New York City Fire Department.
