This is a Lean six sigma green belt. The project I chose was on best buy workers not being qualified enough. too many unqualified workers. you could change it if you to another generic one. i will be giving you a lot of examples that my professor gave us and please use the tools that the other students use I will also provide the tool plans that I chose which you can change to your liking. I will also provide the Shingo model assessment. the project does require a type of statistic too I think and a chart.. everything will be on the mini-project requirements that I will provide too. please let me know if you need anything. i also provided the grading rubric and what how they will be grading it.
