Create a scenario where you are assuming a new leadership role and are addressing your colleagues as their leader for the first time.

Construct a speech using 5 tenets of leadership as found in your leadership book.

The leadership book is The Leader of OZ: Revealing the 101 Secrets of Marvelous Leadership for the 21st Century site at bottom

Narrative should include a brief description of your scenario to include your role, a stakeholder analysis of your audience and the setting in which you would choose to address your audience. Within your narrative, describe how you incorporated tenets of leadership from your chosen leadership book within your speech.
