This paper will require you to take
an objective and realistic assessment of your Public health leadership style and incorporate principles of
Christian leadership. Self-awareness is critical to becoming an effective leader. This paper should
integrate personal and theoretical insights.

Include in your paper:
Utilize class discussions, readings, scripture, your reflections and
assignments.
Affirm your personal style of leadership.
Discuss key principles of Christian leadership and the implications of each
principle in healthcare and within workplace relationships. Regardless of
