Case to Analyze for the Essay
You need to select one of the following two options.

Option 1:

You need to study the second case of the course – “Marshall & Gordon: Designing an Effective Compensation System (A)” and write your case analysis essay keeping the following question at the center of it:

“Kelly Browne, CEO of leading public relations firm Marshall & Gordon, found out that the company is struggling to manage its compensation system. What are the reason(s) behind this struggle?”

Option 2:

You need to study the fifth case of the course – “East versus West: Armada India’s Ingenious Approach to HRM” (Goel) and write your case analysis essay keeping the following question at the center of it:

“Mr. Singh brought positive results with his management approach at Armada India. At the same time, the company wants to expand globally thus appointed US-trained Ms. Marina Kumar who wants to change the practice implemented by Mr. Sing. Consider yourself as the CEO of the company and decide which of the following would be better for the company?
1. To support Ms. Marina Kumar to change the current culture.
2. To support Ms. Singh and continue with the current work culture.”

Guidelines
You should’ve already learned how to read and analyze a business case, and how to write a business case analysis essay.

Length
It should be of 3 to 5 double-spaced page(s) excluding the cover page and “References” section (if any).

Style and Form: Follow APA 7th edition guidelines.

Be analytic demonstrating a thorough understanding of the cases in relation to theories/concepts we covered through relevant readings in the past modules;

Specific and to the point;
Provide a future guideline to improve the current situation by the end of the essay (using bullet points is recommended to ensure specification);
Maintain the principles of paragraphing and follow the PIE formula in writing the paragraph;
Support your own evaluation thoroughly;
Follow APA 7 guidelines.
