Step One: To assess your test design please include the following in your post. (300 word max)
1. Post your first draft of your test design.
2. Assess your test design using the following S-M-A-R-T criteria.Links to an external site.
S: Is your proposed test safe? Safe means that if the worst-case outcome were to occur, you could live with it!
M: Is it modest? Modest means that the test is relatively easy to carry out (ideally, it doesnt require you to go out of your way at all, but rather is an opportunity to do something different in your normal day). It can also mean you make a small change in what you do.
A: Is your proposed test actionable in the near-term? This means that you are able to carry it out within the next week or so. You can easily imagine a setting or upcoming situation in which to run your test.
R: Does your test research the question, how accurate is my Big Assumption? and, like any good research, does it requires collecting data (including data that would qualify your assumption or call it into doubt)? In addition to how people react to you, your feelings can be a very rich data source.
T: Finally, does your test, in fact test your Big Assumption? A test should not be some clever way to prove that your Big Assumption is true! Thats very easy to do. Instead, your test should be designed so that it can generate disconfirming data (data that proves that your Big Assumption is not always true), if it exists.
How strong is your test design? Do you feel like you are likely to have clear, high-quality data that will disconfirm your Big Assumption? If not, how might you improve it?

My Big Assumptions are:
My belief that something is true or likely to be true without concluding evidence.
I can engage in significant endeavors without comprehensively analyzing them, often leading to failure.
I assume I should always be readily available for my husband and children, which has drained my health and mental over the years.
I used to care more about others than I cared about myself.
I assume that much of my value comes from having
the right view and should always pass the test of truth that others do things. are likely not be done right in; other words, not the way I believe them to be done.
I am afraid that my mistakes make me lose people’s respect, particularly my husband’s.
I assume that I have contextually developed (in Decurion’s structure) but have not been truly developing (across all contexts)
There is a certain conversation I would never have with my husband because I assume he would judge me and would never understand me.
My fear of rejection and judgment paralyzes me and keeps me from reaching my full potential.

What are you most excited about for your upcoming test? What are you most apprehensive about?
What questions can your pod help you with when they respond to your test design?
What input, if any, would you like them to provide in their responses to your post?
