-Is it that officers who have racial bias are more likely to be involved in cases of misconduct?
If so: 1. Can you effectively study that? Is it feasible? For instance if you were to ask officers about their racial biases, would they be honest? Can you ask other questions that would give you information that you would then be able to answer this?
-Is there something else you want to find out/or think needs answering?
If so: what variables would be included and how can we phrase that in a question that can effectively be studied in a feasible and meaningful way something that you can create your proposal around that would allow you to hypothetically collect data to answer that question.

4. Sampling Methodology: should be between 250-300 words
Write your Sampling Methodology: Identify the population for your study: who (or what) to be studied/researched to answer your research question. Then decide on sampling methodology: how are you going to get a sample of that population. Identify the exact procedure to obtain the sample (individuals participating in the study). This includes: criteria an individual needs to have to be able to participate in this research, identifying potential participants, gaining access to the them (how, when), and the selection process to achieve the desired sample size for the research.

Larger the sample size the better; Sample needs to be representative of the population

5. Design methodology: should be between 400-500 words
*Think about the research question: what options are available to you? What are your time limitations and resources? Are you confident that your design is the best way to answer the question? Consider all elements of the design and the implications these have

6. Design Data Collection Instrument
In your blog post design your Data Collection Instrument:
1. Create a complete Survey or Interview, etc. based on what was chosen/indicated in assignment 5.

*Analyzing numbers: descriptive statistics, inferential statistics; Use statistical software to run certain tests; etc.
Describe how would you prepare and analyze the data you hypothetically collected, Describe what you would expect to find/what it would tell you.
