A systematic literature review must be conducted to the attached file with single spacing, times new roman size 12 and the attached file has also a table of contents that must be filled. For the conceptual framework section the independent variables are heuristic factors ,prospect factors, and stock market anomalies. The dependent variable is the investment decision towards Saudi vision 2030. The moderate variable is the COVID-19 pandemic. They are all related to the first three research objectives which can be found in the attached file. As for the fourth research objective there should be a separate graph that shows a linear timeline of the Saudi vision 2030 starting from 2016 to 2030 divided into three periods (before pandemic, during pandemic, after vaccine distribution) in where from the periods 2016 to 2020 represents the period before the pandemic……..and so on.
