Initial Public Offering prospectus evaluation

We are given this company to write ATA Atturra Limited. As this is a group work, I will be working on the following parts given below.
1. Executive Summary (maximum 200 words)
Brief summary of your analysis and your recommendations
2. Quality of financial information and forecasts: Evaluation of Financial Performance (maximum 500 words)
Discussion of growth and other assumptions in the financial data, including an assessment of whether they are robust and consistent with the qualitative information.
You are given historical financial information and forecasts of some data such as sales, EBIT/EBITDA and NPAT (depending on the prospectus you are assessing).
Assess the pattern of growth in financial data (both historical and forecast) to determine the assumptions that have been made about sales growth and cost reduction.
Then determine whether the assumptions embedded in the forecasts are consistent with your qualitative assessment of the drivers of growth.
From this, you can form an opinion of the quality of the forecasts.
