Mid-Term Paper Instructions
Directions: Using APA format, write a paper that is between 750 to 1,000 words in which you address the following questions.
In addition to our textbook and the company web page, please use a minimum of 2 business references- for example, NY Times, Wall Street Journal, the Economist, Yahoo finance, CNN, etc. (please do not cite- Wikipedia, ask.com, or any business blogs)

1. Provide a brief review of the financial health of the organization.
2. Provide a brief review of 3 key board members and how their background contributes to the organization you have chosen.
3. What is the competitive advantage of your chosen organization?
4. In consideration of the organization you have selected, explain how either their efficiency, quality, innovation, or customer responsiveness has helped to build and maintain a competitive advantage.
5. Explain how the organization you have chosen uses functional level strategies to increase efficiency, improve quality, increase innovation, or increase customer responsiveness.
