When the first 3-D printer plans were going to be distributed via the internet, there was a lot of concern. Lots of different types of parties sued to stop this plan. Distributing plans to print guns with a 3-D printer tests TWO Constitutional amendments the first and second amendments. Was distributing the plans free speech? Are these guns that can be regulated under the 2nd A?

5. Based on all you’ve read and the information you’ve considered above, decide which side you agree with more. Defend your choice are ghost guns protected by the Second Amendment or not?
