In your Quality Improvement Paper, you identified an area/process for improvement within a healthcare organization/unit. In this paper, you will use this process for improvement as it relates to the development and functioning of an interprofessional team.
Your paper should include the following information
Introduction:
A brief introduction to the reason for the paper and what is to be discussed. Reintroduce your quality improvement intervention.
Introduce the concept of interprofessional teams and discuss their importance of the quality of healthcare.
Teambuilding:
Identify the members you would recruit to be a part of the interprofessional team to address this quality issue. What is their role and why would you include them as a part of this team?
Leadership:
Analyze your leadership style and discuss the impact of your style on the formation of an effective team and the promotion of change.
Describe strategies you would utilize to build and maintain an effective partnership with team members to address the identified issue.
Describe strategies you would employ to motivate and develop members of the team.
