Also, the final paper must align with one of the Grand Challenges of Social Work (see attachment). While not required, I suggest implementing one of the NASW Code of Ethics. This can be at least two sources out of the required 10 sources. This paper should have 7-10 double-spaced pages (excluding title and references pages). The paper should comply with APA guidelines. Use only scholarly sources (peer-reviewed articles, books, monographs, etc.) published in the past ten (10) years. The paper should have a minimum of 10 scholarly sources (sources ending in .com, .net, and .org are not scholarly sources and will NOT receive credit toward the minimum number of required sources). There is also plenty of information on Google Scholar to meet your sources requirements and have ample information to complete each section.
