This assignment provides the student an opportunity to practice how to analyze and evaluate a nursing research study that may be utilized to make changes to nursing practice.

Introduction – Identify the scholarly, evidenced-based, peer-reviewed study you have chosen to focus on for the critique of a nursing research study. Discuss why this study was chosen.
Critique the research article following the ANA Framework for How to Read and Critique a Research Study found on the link provided. All elements of the critique section 1 a-n are worth 10 points each; section 2 is worth 30 points, section 3 is worth 20 points:
Discuss how the study is applicable to nursing practice. Discuss how the results and recommendations improve nursing practice.
Describe the ethical considerations included in this study including protections of human subjects, informed consent, or use of IRB. Discuss any ethical concerns you have regarding the study.
Describe your area of greatest learning in completing this assignment.

This critique is to be prepared using the table format provided.
You should have a minimum of two (2) current (within 5 years) scholarly resources, one which is your research study article.
You may use the course textbook and sources cited in this assignment, but they are in addition to the minimum required scholarly sources stated in the above bullet.
The sources should be used to support your statements/responses to the questions in the critique.
A title page is not required, and the references will be included in the table. Citations and references should be consistent with APA (7th ed.) format.
Rules of grammar, spelling, word usage, and punctuation are consistent with formal written work.
