You can choose from Industrial/Organizational, Developmental or General scenarios. Note that the Developmental emphasis and General emphasis have more than one option. Your research paper should be written from an objective standpoint and supported by citing the research you found in the scholarly/authoritative literature. Cite only sources that are researchbased and/or peer-reviewed to make key points, recommendations and support your perspectives. Do not make assumptions, pose only opinions or write your views, perspectives or positions, without citing scholarly/authoritative sources from authoritative journals to support them. To prepare for this paper, you will put together a brief annotated bibliography that you will share and discuss with peers in an upcoming discussion forum. Look for instructions to do that. Your peers will help you evaluate the sources you find to determine whether they should be used your paper, meaning whether they are scholarly and/or authoritative research articles.
