Please write a two-page review of how social psychology can help solve pressing issues facing our world today. Common or salient social issues might include climate change, extreme political polarization, income inequality, war or terrorism, discrimination in the workplace, prejudice and intergroup relations, bystander intervention effects regarding rape, etc. This is list not meant to be exhaustive. Please find at least two articles on the topic using the same list of acceptable journals as for the second paper. One article must be published in 2020/2021, and the other must be published since 2018 or newer. Make sure to include these papers with your review. Submissions that do not attach the two articles, as separate attachments, will receive a 0. Identify the issue and how social psychology can address that issue. Identify the underlying theories, and what has been done.

Single spaced.
Excellent papers will do the same as passing papers, and identify new and interesting questions for future research. One must always go beyond simply saying diversify the participant pool. One must identify new questions or directions. One might also provide a critical review of the work to identify how the work might be wrong (these types of papers can be quite interesting).
