Our goal is to protect the island’s natural resources while developing adventure/ tourism vacation spaces for families, world travelers, and educators. Our secondary goal is to economically empower the indigenous population by affording them opportunities to work with us on the aforementioned spaces.
We will begin with:
Phase I as a model is building our central hub facility and a rental vacation space on the 2 acres of land.
Hub facility will consist of the Conference room, Wifi and phone/computer charging stations, concierges/tourism information desk, and Boutique/Gift Shop.
Phase II would be acquiring and developing the 300 + acres encompassing tourist attractions (hiking trails, zip-lining, scuba diving, snorkeling, Artisan Market, and archeological digs (find Pirate Glass, Ducats, etc.).
Phase III
Offer local landowners the opportunity to become investors, partners or sell their properties/land to the company.
