Description
Check the Web site for the Florida state department of health. Determine whether your state has a statewide cancer or immunization registry. Determine the source of the data included in each of the registries for your residential state and provide examples. Include which diseases are required to be reported by your state department of health. Present your findings in a 2 page document in addition to your cover page and reference page(s).
